This is my design of the dress. It's a rather simple design since it is my first attempt. Instead of making a full box pleated bottom, I've made the pleats below the dart area fold towards the centre.
I've used the pink bow hair tie which I did previously to match my dress. :)
I've placed a belt so as to make my waist line more visible.
Does the dress look better with or without the belt?

Finally, what else could I say, I love the dress. I prefer you wear it with the belt though. The additional of your DIY hair band make the overall looks even sweeter.
